It’s like having an in-house employee, your consultant will be available during 8-5 in CET Pragueś time zone. You can assign him/her a task anytime you want.

The unused hours roll over for each plan. We strongly encourage you to save your precious time by assigning tasks to your representative as much as possible.

Having worked for 15+ years with entrepreneurs and business owners around the world, our representatives will most likely be familiar with the type of tasks you need help with. However, if the task is way too specialized, they will get it done by the local recommended providers. 

If you wish, we can use your preferable time-tracking software. We can also use spreadsheets for the specific task that includes the starting time and the end time and total hours worked.

Your dedicated virtual assistant will have a phone number, you can text/call her, video chat, or you can use Skype, zoom or however you prefer. Some of our clients prefer to use their own tools, they will just give us an access and enter the tasks list for the day, and they can track the progress in real-time. However, you would assign tasks to your in-house employee, you can use the same method.
